Refunds and Exchanges

For hygienic reasons, we will not refund hair extension purchases for any reason. Extension sales are final. Any other items eligible for a return, must be unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment or by e-transfer, at the discretion of Paragon Hair Extensions.

With the original receipt, and within 7 days of purchase, exchanges may be made after contacting us for approval. Any item eligible for an exchange, must be unused, and in it's original condition and packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your product for exchange and, if approved, will ship it out.

All sale items are final with no exceptions.

Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. This includes the return postage to us and the return shipping to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
